I am the owner therapist & trainer of Backinaction, a Pain & Injury Clinic Specialising in Neuromuscular Therapy and Pilates, based in Ireland. I am also a lecturer of Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT), and the course leader of the higher diploma in NMT. I teach with the National Training Centre (NTC), all over Ireland and more recently in Poland with other international dates coming soon. I have completed a BA in Communications & Creative Multimedia to help me develop both my writing skills and give me new skills and avenues to reach anyone who wants to learn about this valuable form of therapy.
